its basically charging for 30sec,
then longer pull for 60sec,
for 1 km..

its damn shiok..

today training was suppose to be more slack..
but cause not enough ppl.
training became hell..
a dragon boat with 5 pair onlii!!
its like damn hard la..

its like not even warm up for me..
i nid to warm up before able to get use to rowing..
