morning had a short run follow by training. it was like pre regatta race. did 3 pacing which is like wow CROWDED!! bathing at SDBA was like bathing with all the dragon boater in singapore!! all squeeze there and super crowded. chiong to suntec to meet junhao and james for ideas project. some site visit blah blah.. still nid to do presentation. ate burgerking. the burger is quad stack but is small compare to my carls junior one. watch quantum of solace 007. it was nice i wan to watch royal casinoe?? the first series..
